St.Johnsbury, VT — We are very pleased to announce that Nate Wilcox is the new Operations Manager of microDATA.
Nate will be heading up the technical support, training and documentation departments. His strong industry knowledge and product experience will contribute to building a support team with unparalleled rivals in the 9-1-1 industry. With several years of Public Safety 9-1-1 experience, including systems administrator of the Vermont Enhanced 9-1-1 Board, Nate is a valued addition to our team.
In addition to his professional experience, Nate also holds several National 9-1-1 industry titles and roles, including the inaugural chair of the NENA VoIP/Packet Technical Committee and co-chair of the IP-COAD Subcommittee within ESIF.
Some of his accomplishments while serving in these capacities include creation of the i1, i2 and i3 references and orchestrating the first ever NENA standard relating directly to VoIP. Nate is a widely recognized public speaker and has presented on 9-1-1 issues relating to IP services before the FCC and as a regular panel member at both NENA and the VON (Voice On the Net) conferences. |
