Two days of networking and fun!

Our 2nd annual Technology Seminar and User’s Conference took place in our office headquarters in St.Johnsbury. microDATA customers from across the country were in attendance.

Day 1 sessions included information on the benefits of moving your PSAP to next generation technology, exploring VoIP and future software technologies. Future software development and statistical display software, Spatial ACD, emergency notification and ALI discrepancy management were also showcased. Finally wrapping up the business day was a lively Q&A User Forum.

After this intensive day, the evening was concluded with a spectacular barbecue. Culinary delights were conjured up and served by microDATA’s Sales & Marketing staff.  It was a very pleasurable evening.

On Day 2 we covered GIS Data Management and a presentation was given by Chris Nickola from ESRI, who discussed the ESRI ArcGIS 9.2 release. We also went over ALI Data Management and the benefits of taking control. We ended with a live AVL simulation of microDATA CAD integration with our partner Southern Software.
