Technical support requests are tracked by a trouble ticket system to provide a status update to all stakeholders, and to ensure prompt resolution to a technical issue or question.
In the majority of cases, troubleshooting and support can all be accomplished over a secure remote connection. In the event that onsite support is required, microDATA offers optional onsite support in four different service levels from basic to advanced. |
